WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • There are no returns or exchanges on customized items, unless the items are defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at orders@h5printing.com

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM?

  • Our minimum is 25 pcs per graphic for Custom Printing and Contract Printing.

CAN YOU PRINT ALL OVER JUMBO SCREENS AND RUN OFF SEAMS?

  • No, please refer to sublimation printers.

WHAT TYPE OF APPAREL DO YOU HAVE TO OFFER?

  • We offer many brands and styles of tees, hoodies, pants, accessories, and much more. Check out our Brands page. If you don't see something you are looking for, please feel free to e-mail us at orders@h5printing.com

CAN YOU DO EMBROIDERY OR PRINT ON HATS?

  • Sorry, we do not do embroidery or printing on hats in-house. But we do partner with a manufacturer that offers completely custom hats - Customized panels, stitching, embellishment, closure type, and every detail just like you want it.
    (Minimum order 48 pieces)

WHAT KIND OF INK TECHNIQUES CAN YOU PRINT?

  • We offer a variety of printing techniques such as: plastisol, water based, soft hand plastisol and discharge inks, as well as novelty printing techniques such as foils, metallics, and much more. See our Ink Techniques page to learn more.

WHAT ARE THE ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ARTWORK TO YOU?

  • Email us all your files to orders@h5printing.com. If there is an invoice number with your order, please include that in your email.

WHAT IS CONTRACT PRINTING?

  • Contract printing is when you supply the apparel. Screens, set-up fees and printing prices apply. E-mail us at orders@h5printing.com for a quote.

WHAT IS CUSTOM PRINTING?

  • Custom printing is when we supply the apparel. The apparel and printing fees are one flat rate.

DO YOU DO SAMPLES OR PRESS CHECKS?

  • No. Sorry, we do not offer this service.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST IMPRINT AREA FOR APPAREL?

  • The largest area we can accommodate is 14”W x 14”H. If you have artwork bigger than that, please email us and we will see what other options we have.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME OR TURNAROUND TIME?

  • The average turn-around time is 7-12 business days from the time the deposit is made and all of the paperwork is submitted. If there is a specific event date, please email us to see if we can accommodate.

IS THERE A COST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INK TECHNIQUES?

  • Yes, cost varies depending on ink type. Plastisol printing is the industry standard and usually the most economical. Please visit our Ink Techniques page to learn more.

DO YOU PRINT ON OTHER FABRICS BESIDES COTTON?

  • Yes, we can print on all cotton, polyester, rayon, modal, fleece, and blends. (Some fabrics may require testing.)

CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

  • Yes, we can ship your order anywhere in the US via UPS. Please provide shipping address at the time of order. Shipping costs vary depending on location, weight, and expected date.

WHAT AREAS CAN YOU PRINT ON?

  • Standard print locations are: Full front, full back, left front chest, back neck, sleeve, side print, and size labels. If there is a particular print location you need and don't see give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

DO YOU SELL SHIRTS MADE IN THE US?

  • Yes. Please refer to our Brands page.
